Today I did something really dumb, I got so busy I didn't eat anything until 3pm.

I had my coffee with creamer this morning and then just got busy with the house and errands.

I came home, put groceries away, and went to work out.

BAD idea. I just really didn't have any strength to get through the moves. I still burned almost 300 calories though in 40 minutes so I WAS working the best I could in the situation.

I learned a great lesson though. I need to really make sure that I eat well before I strength train or I will bonk out.

Today was my first day post Fat Smash Detox food wise.

For lunch I had a smoked turkey sandwich on whole grain wheat bread with light miracle whip and honey mustard and low fat cheese. It was literally the best sandwich I have had ever. Or so it seemed. I forgot how much I missed bread and meat.

Tonight for dinner I'm having a sort of splurge dinner. I got these Stuffed Chicken breasts that are stuffed with Dirty Rice. They smell SO GOOD cooking in the oven! I'll still be well within my range on calories eating this, but it's definitely not "clean" so to speak because it has butter in it. LOL. I'll have it with a nice side salad and I'll have some berries and greek yogurt for dessert.

I have had close to a gallon of water today, for some reason I can't seem to get enough water!

All in all it was a REALLY good day and I learned a valuable lesson. I call that still a success!
