New Routine

well since i can't log my food at work anymore, i am going to have get into a new routine of figuring out my food 24hrs in advance and i will truly find out if i have learned how to make good choices.

i think i will be alright. its sink or swim time.

    i keep track in a notebook and on Spark. that way if I can't log in while I'm at work I still have a record of it.

    Before I found Sparkpeople, I used (and still use) a program called Diet Power (loaded on my computer) I was not at my computer for most meals, so wrote down everything I ate and drank in a small notebook and entered at the end of the day. I had put the number of servings allowed for each food category in the notebook so I could stay on track.
