Getting Back in the Saddle Again..

I fell off my fitness horse for a few days. This week has been so crazy busy with getting the boys ready to go back to school that I have hardly worked out, and I feel it. I feel sluggish and cranky and stressed out.
On top of that my PMS caused two days of bingeing of epic proportions. There was alcohol, burritos, cheeseburgers, and chocolate. When the dust cleared I had gained back 3 pounds. I'm fairly certain it was mostly sodium bloat and it will come off as soon as I'm back on my healthy clean diet with all of the water and start exercising again.
On top of that we went to Splash Town Waterpark on Wednesday and I got a HORRIBLE sunburn. It's painful enough just to wear a regular shirt, I cannot imagine trying to wiggle into a sports bra right now to work out. :-(
On top of all of that i'm just finding it really hard to fall in love with ChaLEAN Extreme.
I reached a point with ChaLEAN Extreme where I DREADED the workouts. My left shoulder pops a lot and hurts from doing the movements and I despise squats and lunges due to knees that give me trouble.
So I made a decision. I'm going to Discontinue doing ChaLEAN Extreme and do Rockin Body cardio workouts 3 days a week with a regular old split weightlifting circuit three days a week. I just see NO POINT in doing workouts that I do not enjoy and that I dread. I see no point in doing workouts that cause me pain in areas that I have trouble with. It just was not a good fit for me. I LOVE all of Chalene's other workouts except this one.
I may do the Rockin' Body workouts more than 3 days a week since I LOVE them so much but the exercises I did during my two Body For Life challenges do not involve any squats, lunges, or lateral raises for the shoulders. I can do them to my own music and the workouts are shorter than ChaLEAN Extreme.
I went grocery shopping yesterday to get restocked on all of my healthy whole foods and I'm ready to begin again tomorrow.
