Ok, I'm still done..still done with letting everything and everyone get in my way of being fit and healthy.
I stuck to my calories this weekend...barely, but I was within guidelines.
I also exercised Friday night and Sunday, and today.
I'm off the diet pop and dealing with the caffeine withdrawals-yuck! I'll still have a cup of coffee in the morning, but no more dependence on pop to get me through the day.
I've also tried to be more realistic about my weight loss-I changed my sparkpeople goal to losing 1 pound every week. This means I'll hit my goal weight in 2012! Ugh! But the other option is to NOT hit my goal weight and eventually it will be 2012 anyway, right?
One pound a week is pretty amazing, really! Consistency has always been my downfall. However, I consistently work out now, so I need to consistently drink water and eat within my calorie guidelines.
I CAN DO THIS!
