So on the exercise front I have been doing really well. I have had VERY little TV time in the last week and a half and instead have been busy doing a lot of work around the house. My cardio minutes are way up from where they were when I started this challenge. BUT... my weight has fallen VERY slowly. Now don't get me wrong, I am very grateful that the weight is going down instead of up- but I am just a little frustrated that it is moving so slowly. I don't expect miracles or a 5 pound per week loss- but losing about a pound over the last 3 weeks is disappointing to say the least.

But I will keep up the fight and change a few things to see if I can make it happen!

    Keep in mind that at one time you were gaining (which is why we are all here), so if you're losing at all or even just not gaining, then you've make a big improvement. Keep at it.
