So on the exercise front I have been doing really well. I have had VERY little TV time in the last week and a half and instead have been busy doing a lot of work around the house. My cardio minutes are way up from where they were when I started this challenge. BUT... my weight has fallen VERY slowly. Now don't get me wrong, I am very grateful that the weight is going down instead of up- but I am just a little frustrated that it is moving so slowly. I don't expect miracles or a 5 pound per week loss- but losing about a pound over the last 3 weeks is disappointing to say the least.
But I will keep up the fight and change a few things to see if I can make it happen!
