I planned my meals this morning for this week. Then I went grocery shopping. Bought chicken, ground turkey, shrimp, salmon, beans canned tomatoes& tuna.. I went to the farmers market a couple of days earlier for greens, fruits, berries & veggies. I made turkey meat balls & spaghetti sauce for tonight and had more than enough for 2more meals for DH & I. I find if I plan my meals & snacks I am more likely to eat right so that is the plan. I want to loose another 15 lbs. I know I can do it with Spark People's help. Thanks friends for all of your encouragement and support.
