Spark D-Day

Today was my official first weigh in day. Lost 3 lbs! I am happy w/that. However, when I ran the "weight report", it appears that my weight loss recorded was less than Spark's estimated goal! huh? Oh well....I'm still happy w/my loss. Big challenges this week. Office party today. A birthday party on Saturday. And book club on Sunday. Will have to be very diligent this week....and make sure I get some cardio every day!

    Hey you lost 3 pounds! that's an awesome start! It helps to have a small snack like some nuts or fruit before the party. That way you aren't starving when you get there. emoticon
