I ask myself today what am I doing to help keep me on my healthy lifestyle journey...
exercised early, took a walk at lunch, said no thanks to the endless junk food people offer. ate a healthy breakfast, packed a healthy lunch and 2 snacks for work...
canned my own tomatoes today, no salt added, ate a healthy treat for the day was a small dark chocolate piece, 7 grams but it tasted like a million......took 30 minutes to myself in family room just to sit and relax.....

I think I had a great day, now what will I do tomorrow to insure a healthy and happy day.....I'm going dancing.....
