.....I made it to the gym today and got my blog in. I did 30 mins on the Eliptical and 15 minutes on the stationary bike. I skipped out on ST and abs today. Just means next time I have to double up. Guess that will teach me not to be lazy. As for Calorie range... I blew it today. So glad that I tracked my food to see where I went wrong. I got in 6 glasses of water today. I didn't make my goal of 64 ounces but I'm getting there. Still soda free since Wednesday (9/15).
