Going back to work after an extended, long weekend. It's going to be very busy for the next few weeks so I hope I'm up for it!!! As I'm typing this, I just realized that I missed my weigh in and measurement day today. My routine was not the same this week so I forgot. I'll take care of that business tomorrow. I don't feel like I'm making progress at the moment, though. I know they say 10 minutes of exercise is all you need, but frankly that doesn't cut it for me. I need an hour of a good workout such as TaeBo and then a good walk. These days, I'm not able to get a full hour of a good, hard workout done. I go. Have a good day everyone!!!
