Bye bye 140s!

So my scale told me 138 this morning. Not sure if this is because I had just worked out or if it's the real McCoy. I'll weigh myself again in a few days before I report it on Sparkpeople and get the big grand announcement that I've "Lost 2 Pounds!"

I'm hoping it's for real because I've been working my butt off!

    but the scale can be a cruel master sometimes- Be sure to not let it dictate your total success! If you're making progress, and tracking your food and exercise, you WILL have success, whether the scale shows it or not!
