The scale was happy....and down 2 lbs. I wonder how many calories you burn doing a happy dance!

That was fun....now back to reality. Don't want to get a big head or start feeling cocky...that only leads to downfall. I have to stay focused and stick to my plan. That includes resuming my exercises...I take weekends off.

So, I am off to put on my shoes and do 20 mins. of an exercise DVD before hitting it hard at housework.

WEIGHT: 265

FOOD:

1) Yogurt with Product 19
2) Hummus with carrots and whole grain sandwich round cut into wedges
3) Vegetarian chili with brown rice
4) Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread
5) Chicken & vegetables
6) Apple with peanut butter

EXERCISE: 20 minutes of exercise DVD

10 min. total body tone
10 min. arms & shoulders
