It has been a good day, it was dance day at work....That's always fun..but my knee is still bothering me, not sure why....I have been icing it and took some motrin but so far it still is bothering me.....there is no swelling or redness it just hurts..not even that bad, I can still walk and do what I want but after exercise it gets stiff on me......so think I might have to rest it a few days to see if that helps.....that is not easy from me not to exercise, I have to learn to rest too....

I'll do what ever I have to to stay healthy.....

Have a healthy Wednesday

Have you tried topical pain reliving gel? I use simple cheap ibuprofen gel on my dodgy knee

aww Kitt welcome to getting older..
sometimes no matter how healthy we are and how much exercise we do we will get mysterious pains in the joints... keep doing what you are doing it is best... drinking lots of water and getting lots of calcium and vitamin D with magnesium? know you are just checking...

Yes, you do need to learn to rest. Sometimes my knees are pretty stiff, such as after that 45-mile bike ride. I had to ice them for a couple of days and not ride for a few days, and then they were good as new. Until I insulted them with the duathlon. LOL!!!

Anyway, it is healthy to rest as well as to exercise. The trick is finding the right balance. You'll get it. Your knee will let you know, just like mine do. LOL!
