Day 4 of Power 90 and treadmill exercises. Diet...okay. For me, it's not the exercise that is the problem. It's FOOD!! I love food. Especially that junk stuff. Give me a brownie or a muffin and I'd be one happy girl. It's so hard with the kids and junk-a-holic husband!!!!! But, my weight is creeping back up and I have to do something. I'm going to keep pushing play and try to keep a food journal. I guess it helps to make a goal. So here goes...I want to look good in a bikini for my 10 year anniversary honeymoon trip to where ever that might be. The kicker is I have over a year to loose the weight and get into shape. I know I can work hard enough to reach the goal....the challenge is going to be keeping it up!
