Daily routine

Tuesday, January 09, 2007

Nothing special to report today. Just getting on with my daily routine of work and checking the forums. Tomorrow is weigh in, I hope I have something good to report. I have been procrastinating a lot lately. I noticed it today at work mostly on one task I need to complete but also in Sparkpeople. I dont know why I am so nervous about joining and becoming a Community Team Member here on Spark. The thought of not living up to what I feel a Community Member is just keeps me away. My problem at work is having to talk to a stanger and get signitures.

Don't be intimidated about being a CT member!
First of all, you're a natural! You already do so much in terms of support and kind remarks to others!
I recently joined the team myself, and I'm finding it's helping ME stay focused and motivated! Although it's not exactly what I expected, it's good stuff.
I'd say, try it out, and see how it works for you!

Carol - you will be a great community team member. It isn't hard - even I can do it. In keeping up on your blog and posts you are already doing most of it. Just add in welcoming people and you are set! Congratulations in getting there!

Hey there CAROL! Gosh you are like my best friend in this weight loss mission! Thank you so much for your kind comments on my blog! I did get over beating myself and felt better today when I was on program. I found myself chewing a lot of gum and putting breath mints in though to keep me from eating!

You should TOTALLY be a SP Community Team Member!!!!! It's not anything insurmountable and it really helps motivated! Do it, do it, do it! :)
