All I CAN SAY IS "THANK YOU JESUS" I LOST 3LB

Yes all i can say is thank you Jesus , when i went to the dr. on today and weighted in i had lost 3lbs and tears fell from my eyes, i was so excited and more motivated than ever this was in a weeks time from monday to monday .Some people say why get excited about dropping 3lbs ??? Well that only motivate me to drop 30 more ,to all my sp friends you are the best if you are on my sp page that means you have said something to motivate me or encourage me to drop the 3lbs, and i need you all because i still have a long way to go....this is my first blog. thanks all.
