weigh in day

Wednesday, January 10, 2007

Weigh in day and yahooooooooooooooo down 2 more pounds. I'm doing great, I'm moving forward and reaching my goals. For the newyear I wrote down my goals by the month. I wrote 12 goals, decided on exercise goals this year. Adding and changing it up a bit each month. So the first day of each new month I'll read them and start something new or at least differnt. I also wrote a letter to my self to read next new years and see how much I have changed. Its not really goals but personal things that mean a lot to me. I sealed it and won't read it till next new years day.
I did add to my jounal that I have to write down 3 things that i like about myself. Its not easy but i'm doing it. It sure does make you think. I think its important to be positive about life, its so easy to tell ourselves what we did wrong, but not so easy to pat our selves on the back.
Moving forward babysteps at a time.
So today I'm so happy with my self for loosing 72 pounds. Getting up early and walking 3 miles. I'm proud of myself for planning our meals for the week, healthy and good tasting too.

Have a happy and healthy day.
