Each one of you have made a decision for your health! A decision you should be proud of! And with that have come many changes to our lifestyle to help us achieve our goals of weight loss and better health! My 4th prompt ask "What changes have you made in your lifestyle that you are most proud of?"
I try to get up early to start my exercise routine, instead of staying in bed. I’ve made a schedule of meal times, which sometimes doesn’t coincide with the family.
I am trying to exercise in my heart rate range to be a better 'loser'.
