I hate PMS

For me, when it's that time of the month, I am like a pregnant woman. Everything that happens then (or could possibly happen) happens to me. So that week I sit it out as far as exercise is concerned.

I sat the whole week out last week physically. I tried to do something on Monday but my knees couldn't hold me up.

This week I am back at it and I'm happy to be active again. It was like something was missing from my world. I need the activity, but I fully understand that one week out of every month I need to sit it out as to not injure myself.

Good news is that I didn't gain any weight. That is always a plus.

Not working out made me an information seeker and I found a blog that I grew to appreciate because of her hair care advice and her facial skin care regime. So now I will check it out every now and then and I'm happy that the week was productive as far as many things were concerned.

    It seems like we are all in the same boat. It just took me over 7 years to realize this. LOL.

    I am just like you girl! Sometimes, I'm able to sustain cardio workouts, but this month, I could barely think about working out. I'll be back tomorrow and I'm really looking forward to it. I was just getting back into the groove of things. Can you share that blog please? I really need to get some skin tips. Thanks!

    I hate PMS tooo! I can ususally still exercise but just not with the same intensity. It's good that you were able to sit it out and not gain any weight.
