Having a "Blah" day

Nothing major....just nothing exciting. These are the types of day that can be dangerous if you let them...but I am not going to let this one get the best of me. Before I joined Spark, and I would have a day like this, I would spend it watching tv on the couch with chips, candy, and ice cream. Not going there this time!

I have managed to plan my meals and stick to them. I know there will be many more days like this and, hopefully, they will get easier. I am just going to take it one day at a time. I am off to do my 20 mins. of exercise...hopefully, that will energize me.

FOOD:

1) Activia yogurt with 1 c. Product 19 cereal
2) Almonds and raisins
3) Egg salad sandwich on whole wheat bread
4) Grapes and 2 slices low-sodium turkey
5) WW Rotini pasta with marinara sauce and veggies
6) Apple and peanut butter

EXERCISE: 20 min. workout DVD

10 mins. thigh busters
10 mins. abs

Crossing over the bumps in the road to continue the journey!
