Got the Flu

Usually when I get sick that is when I start to get lazy about exercising. I came down with the flu Tues and have not felt like doing anything. I am worried it will be too easy to quit so I am posting this to hold me accountable to exercise as soon as I am feeling better. I am curious do others exercise when they are sick? if anyone has any good strategies to get back on the exercise wagon or just in general how to get back on track after being sick let me know would love to hear some ideas
