Week 3 of consistant workouts

So, here we are in week 3 and I am already seeing a change in my workouts. I have more endurance. I feel like I can work harder and faster. All and all, I am starting to feel pretty great!! I have been fighting a cold for the last few days but haven't got the full blown thing yet so maybe it will go away? (fingers crossed) Anyway, I think I am going in the right direction...maybe in a few weeks, I can try Beachbody's Insanity. Anything is possible.
