Fall 5% Challenge Day 30

I'm feeling a little tired today. I'm heading home as soon as I'm done this blog.

Today I've eaten pretty well. I did have some Munchie mix at the staff meeting but I am still within my calories and it did have 2 grams of fiber!

So far today I've done 40 minutes of line dancing and I played Ultimate and Team handball with my afternoon classes for a total of about 30 minutes AND I have to go home and run W8D3 of C25K for another 30 minutes. So I am finally getting back to doing 90 or more minutes a day. I may have to up my calorie intake pretty soon.

It looks like my run will have to be in the rain. I don't mind getting wet but it is a little chilly out there. I think I will run and then soak in a warm tub and head straight to bed. I have been feeling a little worn out lately and I know it's because I have been skimping on sleep the odd night. For sure if I go to bed early tonight they will air the TV interview with my mother and me. I think the fact that we have been staying up until the very end of the news, just in case it airs, is the reason why I'm feeling tired in the first place.

There isn't much new or exciting in this blog. When I started the 5% challenge I decided that I would blog every day of it. So you are being subjected to the boring little details of my day. Sorry! Once the challenge is done my blogging will drop off significantly. I'm just too anal to stop in the middle even if I don't have all that much to say.

I'm making an effort to bump up my exercise minutes and increase my challenge scores because I'm afraid my weight loss may not be happening for this week. Let's hope I'm wrong.

Either way the increased minutes etc. will help get the emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon to Greece faster.

    Always do your best. I only blog everyday during the week in which it counts for team points. Otherwise, I blog once a week because of time limitations.

    You ate great, exercise was terrific (hope you didn't get too wet on your run)- don't forget you need to get aa good night's sleep (one of my biggest bad habits). Keep up the great work! emoticon

    I've been blogging everyday too - though sometimes I think it should be called rambling. HA!
