Who needs a Gym?

Not everyone can afford the monthly cost of a gym membership or has the time. If you have 2 good legs then that is all you need. I have lost 33 lbs just by walking, riding my stationary bike, doing my wii fitness even the work outs from Sparkpeople.

    I often suggest that people check with their local city hall to see if there is a rec center available. Mine only cost $40 a year.

    congratulations. What you say is true, not everyone can afford the gym. If you can't there are alternatives and you have found them. You go girl!!!!!!!!

    Congrats on your weight loss!

    It is great and you are right you don't need a gym to loose weight.

    I know I do alot of my workouts right at home; I can't afford a gym but wish I could. I myself am of competive nature and the gym atmosphere pushes that forward. Usually it surrounds me with people that motivate me as well.
