Just because you are trying to lose weight, it doesn't mean you can't have that little something that you have been craving. Just remember moderation. Only eat 1/2 that piece of cake or 3 bites of ice cream or get a McDonald's hamburger instead of the Big Mac. It's all in moderation. Have a wonderful blessed day.
