I've not been very good this last month. Whats hurt the most is the not exercising. I
have gained beck two pounds. Today I am back. I will be tracking my progress and upping my exercise by 20 min. a day.

    I have not been exercising as much in the past week or two because of a bum knee, but I have done some upper body strenght training...there is always something you can do...way to go on getting back on track!
