Why am I so tried??

I have been super tired lately and idk why! I eat better and work out but I'm still super tired! Where is all my energy going or have gone. I thought I was supposed to have more of it! But the journey must continue! I have a goal and quitting is not a option! I can't wait to show off my new body for my bday next year!! LORD PLEASE GIVE MY THE STRENGTH!! emoticon

    I agree that you may not be getting enough food and that is why you are so tired. Since I can't see what you eat it is hard to tell if you are getting enough to eat. If you make your food log public then others can look at it and be able to help you.

    Thanks for the encouragement! I get plenty of rest but maybe it's because I have cut back on eating didn't think of that! Thanks

    Hey, first of all let me wish you luck on reaching your goals, and I'm glad quitting is not an option for you. It's good that you're eating healthy and exercising, but are you getting enough rest? Rest is just as important as eating healthy and exercising. If I don't get at least 6 hours of sleep, I have very little energy, or if I become stressed about having too many things to do in one day. Also, not eating enough can cause you to be sluggish.
