I have been getting too much sleep. I just do not feel like getting up in the mornings. If I have something to do I get up and all is well, but if there is nothing to do I just sleep all day. Depression is taking over I think. I need to work on getting things turned around and getting out of bed even when there is nothing to do.

    Yeah...sleeping too much and sliding into depression is not the way to go. Set up some routines for your week so that you have things to do every day. Enjoy your days and your activities. Life is out there...go find it! Hope you are making some strides in ending the oversleeping pattern and moving away from depression and into an interesting routine of activities. If you need more ideas or suggestions on this, find a good book on the subject. That always helps me. Keep sparking! emoticon emoticon
