I am planning the whole month. No slacking, no depression, no giving in to the goodies. I want to see that 275 by the end of the year- NO Excuses.
Plan one is to quit sleeping in. I need my own alarm clock. You can't get up at 745 and expect to walk an hour before work. I already got a new food scale. Now I just need to quit wasting time and get things DONE!
