It's November!

I am planning the whole month. No slacking, no depression, no giving in to the goodies. I want to see that 275 by the end of the year- NO Excuses.

Plan one is to quit sleeping in. I need my own alarm clock. You can't get up at 745 and expect to walk an hour before work. I already got a new food scale. Now I just need to quit wasting time and get things DONE!

    No, I didn't get to the store yesterday but my Hubby set his for me. Unfortunately I had to be at work early today. Walking at lunch time!

    I need to stop sleeping in too haha! I love my sleep and always have so this is a pretty hard change for me but I'll get there and so will you! I think that you goal of 275 by the end of the year is very doable and I feel you will succeed! Keep your eye on the goal and your feet moving on the ground :)
