Fall 5% Challenge Day 35 & 36

I just realized I went to bed last night without blogging.
Still feeling the marvelous effects of my Saturday massage. If you have never been, you should go. I feel so much more loose and flexible. I ran last night for 30 minutes+ and I was much more relaxed and running more smoothly than I have in years. My hip is still twingy but I made it all the way through and I even picked it up at the end. I'm going for a massage again tomorrow. I have so much tension in my hamstrings, hip and lower back. I never realized just how bad it was. My neck and shoulders are pretty tight too but that is something I have been living with for a long time. Any way I'm looking forward to it.
On Friday I said I was going for some retail therapy too and I did. It's not something I do too often but I am enjoying my purchases. I bought some spiffy new flannel pjs, a pair of lycra workout pants (with mp3 pocket!), a pair of earrings and the new HBC Canada mitts. They're like the Olympic ones but slightly different design. They're warm and cosy I wore them outside with my classes today. It won't be long before winter really settles in here.
I weighed 215.6 this morning. I always seem to gain weight before the weigh in and lose it right after. This week my plan is to NOT GAIN ANY WEIGHT BACK AT ALL. I'm not in a plateau, I'm on a roller coaster! I am determined to be under 215 by Saturday.
Found some cool new breakfast ideas on Sparkpeople since this new challenge began. Tomorrow I am going to try adding cottage cheese to my scrambled eggs and see how I like it.
