CoHP - Update on This Term’s Goals.

We made goals at the beginning of term on my Challenge of Harry Potter. This is an update on how I’m doing.

Goals:
1) Catch up on my reading.
2) Eat 3 freggies a day.
3) Avoid Temptation

I have about 3 books started and have made progress with two but haven’t finished any yet.

I track my food so try to schedule at least 3 freggies a day. I’m not much of a freggies eater so 5 is a hassle so I made it 3. That way I’m sure to get in some healthy food.

I have managed to stay away from eating any of the Halloween candy. Now that is a challenge.

    Definitely Itsy, that is the only way I can stay on track is to track my food. I made out a menu for the week and try to complete it the week before. Of course, I don't eat with the family most of the time (my dh and mom).
    I do have a problem with eating the healthier food. I had fruit down to eat for afternoon snack, but worked a No Pudge brownie in instead. Still within calorie range, though.
    If I just stayed in range with healthy foods, I'd probably lose more inches. Don't really need to lose weight, but too easy to gain when you are within maintenance range.

    Aide, for the left over candy, I made sure we got candy made of machinery that processed peanuts....although, I did take a piece the other day. I have a food intolerance to peanut products, not an allergy.

    Uh Oh....caught....I forgot, I did go under calorie range yesterday. I had late meals so didn't feel like my evening snack, which was an apple. Freggies just get left by the roadside. lol. so much for being a picky eater.

    How the memory forgets when it wants to. lol

    I like your goals! Avoiding temptation when it comes to eating is hard, though! I probably need to start a meal plan! lol

    Oh, yeah, what to do with those leftover candies, hmmmm??? It's so easy to grab one at a time and just pop them in your mouth....sounds like you're doing a great job so far! Keep up the awesome work!
