Things I Have Noticed

I have been noticing some things in my life and body since joining SP. These are the things I notice.
1. My arms have gotten longer
2. I can run for 32 minutes (yes we account for every minute!)
3. I receive better service
4. I have WAY more energy
5. I feel better about myself
6. My husband loves me the same as he did before I lost weight - he is just more grabby again
7. I have motivated people in my life to be healthier
8. My clothes are not fitting so well! I love baggy!
9. I sleep very well
10. I feel proud and strong and I now know that I can achieve my weight loss goals and anything else I set my mind to!
