I'm trying to think back....I think I used to start my day getting up by around 8:00. That of course after getting up many times during the night for my mom. (She doesn't get up as much now). Once I get her up, it's wash up, dress, breakfast, so I don't have much time to get my morning exercises in.
I then started trying to get up by 7:30, then 7:00 the 6:30. It finally caught up with me. I'm Tired!
I didn't get up until close to 8:00 this morning and mom still hasn't called me. I should be exercising instead of blogging. Duh!
We had friends over last night for cards and the wife asked if I was tired. Looking in the mirror, I can see why she asked.
Dark circles and wrinkles are taking a toll, soon the bags will appear.
I've been striving to get at least 100 min of exercising in a day, most days I make it. With the new tread mill, I do at least one programmed workout of 30 min and sometimes 2 workouts...that's an hour cardio right there! On the old treadmill, I was lucky to get in 20 min a day. My pedaler is good for 10 min.
Why is it so much more easier to do strength training than cardio, at least for me that is?
Well, she hasn't called me yet, so maybe I'll start doing something...it's 8:44...ooh, that's late. I'll have to get her up by 9:00. At least she is able to do some of her bathwork by herself.
Guess I shouldn't count of 100 min today. The later I get started, the lazier I feel.
By evening I don't feel like doing much and if we play cards it is definitely out of the question.
I've got to remember to unclick the box about Facebook. Why do they automatically have it checked? They should let us check it if we want it on Facebook.
Okay, just found out how to change facebook settings so box stays unclicked.
