I'm going to be gone most of the day but hope to have some pictures to share ..My day started off good. I got up exercised for 60 minutes...
Ate a healthy breakfast.....I'm going to be eating out tonight ...but know if I try and save calories for tonight I'll over eat
I have learned to eat my planned meals, no matter what...If I eat a cookie or some other thing not on my menu and try and skip the next meal I just over eat...not sure I'm explaining this so you understand but for me skipping meal or trying to save calories for later never works out for me...I'll get so hungry there is no stopping me. and I will over eat...so I'm having really good well planned meals today and snacks and have tried to get my dinner calories as close as I can...then I'm not worrying about it...one night or day of extra calories will not undo all my hard work....tomorrow morning I do as I do every morning , get up exercise have a healthy breakfast and thank God for my healthy mind and body....

    Good planning, Kitt! I understand what you mean, too, about trying to "save up" calories for a meal out. I find the same thing happens to me -- if I skimp too much during the day in anticipation of a meal out, I'm often too hungry when I get to the restaurant and then proceed to practically inhale anything that's not nailed down. Planning ahead and sticking to the plan (as much as possible anyway) is the key to success.

    Hope you have a good dinner out. Celebrate that birthday as many days as you want, girlfriend! You've earned it!
