Here I am... I set myself a goal a few months ago that I would reach 167 pounds by today. Well I am not there. I started with such determination and then everything fell apart in just one day. I let one bad day turn into two, then a week, then a month. I have been trying to get back on track but I can't seem to get a good nights sleep, can't get in my excercise and can't stop eating even though I am not hungry.

I loved the way I felt when I was doing what I should. I felt better, I had a better attitude and was happier. I need to get back on track.

My goal tomorrow is just to drink my 8 cups of water. I'm going to start with baby steps again and see if I can get back on track.
