Chicken Salad Recipe
Friday, November 19, 2010
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
Chicken broth (to cover the chicken)
1/2 T salt
1 T pepper
1 T garlic powder
1 - 2 c chopped grapes
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 small red onion - diced
1 - 1 1/2 c mayonaise (I used miracle whip light)
Boil chicken in the chicken broth, salt, pepper and garlic powder until done.
Let cool.
Slice grapes, dice the celery and the onion.
Cut Chicken into small chunks and add the mayonnaise and mix.
**The amounts of grapes, celery and onion are to taste. Add more of less
according to your taste. The same for the mayo, add more or less according to
taste!!!
The above measurements are what I used tonight - turned out very yummy!!!!
And I put mine on bread just like a regular sandwich - one of my co-workers put hers on hamburger buns and said it turned out fine that way, too!
