a little nervous about weight gain during this time of year, especially with my recent injury! but my groin is feeling okay, so i am going to jump back on the workout bandwagon and just be very carefulto trynot reinjure it. so, wish me luck! i need to be able to workout again! its making me crazy that i havent been able to really do a kick butt cardio workout in some time!!
