Well its been 2 years since I joined Sparkspeople. I have learned a lot unfortunately I have not lost a lot of weight but I have gained a lot of muscle. I also have dropped my cholesterol levels and triglyceride levels almost by half. Yea!! So I will keep working on the foods I eat hoping I will be making wise choices.

    emoticon on the numbers lowering. Also on the progress you've made. I was that way for the first 2 years then BAM the 3rd year I started losing. I too have gained a lot of muscle. Does that mean you're getting smaller?
