Ways to stay motivated through the 10 week Meltdown Challenge

1. Enjoy the journey more by sparking it up on spark people.
2. Post skinny pic on the mirrors in my house and on the fridge.
3. Journal, track and celebrate daily successes with a few minutes of reading or quilting.
4. Use music to get me in the right state of mind to exercise.
5. Try on size 10 jeans each week. Here I come!
