I am a firecracker for the 5% Winter Challenge.
As part of the Team Challenge I am to list why I want to lose the weight.
So here it is, My reasons....
1, I am at risk for Diabetes
2, I hate wearing large clothing,
3, I hate the body I see in the mirror
4, I hate not having energy
5, I want to look and feel better
6, I don't like having a beer belly, when I dont even drink
7, I don't like being the fat mom at my kids school concerts etc
8, I want to be able to wear what I want to
9, I want to run without being winded
10, I want most of all to lose the weight to be as healthy as I can be! I am not getting any younger
