J - I was super tired all day, just like I'm going to be tomorrow. And I could fall asleep in the middle of this blog...So I was too lazy to work out. I was busy at work, but hardly got anything done. How is that possible? I missed 3 out of 5 of my basic streaks so today was pretty much a bust. But I made some Chunky Monkey cupcakes tonite. An on-line friend posted the recipe. They're not low-fat, low-cal, etc. I haven't eaten any yet, but they smell really good and I have something to look forward to in the morning. They're like banana nut muffins!

E - zilch.

M - I went over my calories, but only by 150 or so. I made pretty good choices today. My co-worker brought in a whole sweet potato pie and is keeping it in my office [mini-fridge]. I only ate one slice. That's good, right???

S - Even though I went over my calories, I made a lot of changes to my meal plan early in the day before I went waaaay over my calories. I planned out pretty well.

    Hmmm..I like that. Homemade better than store bought! And it sounds good too! TaTa..if nothing else I'm glad to see the post. Gotta give yourself credit for doing that..even though you were tired.

    A good thing is, a homemade treat is better than a store bought treat. So if you had a homemade slice of sweet potato pie, it's better than a candy bar! emoticon
