J - I was super tired all day, just like I'm going to be tomorrow. And I could fall asleep in the middle of this blog...So I was too lazy to work out. I was busy at work, but hardly got anything done. How is that possible? I missed 3 out of 5 of my basic streaks so today was pretty much a bust. But I made some Chunky Monkey cupcakes tonite. An on-line friend posted the recipe. They're not low-fat, low-cal, etc. I haven't eaten any yet, but they smell really good and I have something to look forward to in the morning. They're like banana nut muffins!
E - zilch.
M - I went over my calories, but only by 150 or so. I made pretty good choices today. My co-worker brought in a whole sweet potato pie and is keeping it in my office [mini-fridge]. I only ate one slice. That's good, right???
S - Even though I went over my calories, I made a lot of changes to my meal plan early in the day before I went waaaay over my calories. I planned out pretty well.
