So, I'm back on the crisp-free, dairy-free wagon - trying extra hard to drink all my water, make good choices and go for walks every evening - and walk as much during the day as possible - volunteering to deliver mail around the building and across the city - it's my friend's book launch on February 6th which gives me 20 days (almost three weeks) to get to my lowest weight yet which is 10 stone 13lbs (that should be do-able). I'm motivated because I'll be meeting up with people I haven't seen in a while, so I want to look fabulous!
