I Let A Couple of Days Slip By

But it is still on my mind. I'm really working to think more about what I want for me, health wise. Thinking helps to curb things a bit, but I reach a point in the evening when I kick back and then I start to want to munch a bit. At this point I'm looking to healthy substitutions.
I also need to start working in walking, even if it's just a little bit every day. We have a dog, and her dog run cable broke today so it's a good excuse for me to walk her for her potty breaks throughout the day.
Water is another thing that really does make me feel better too. I have to work on my 8 cups, or more a day, EVERY DAY! It's so easy to get distracted and forget, so I try to take a water bottle with me every time I leave the house.
Those are what I'm setting for my "little" goals this week.
Wish me luck and we'll see what the scale says and how I'm feeling at the end of the week.
