I Let A Couple of Days Slip By

But it is still on my mind. I'm really working to think more about what I want for me, health wise. Thinking helps to curb things a bit, but I reach a point in the evening when I kick back and then I start to want to munch a bit. At this point I'm looking to healthy substitutions.

I also need to start working in walking, even if it's just a little bit every day. We have a dog, and her dog run cable broke today so it's a good excuse for me to walk her for her potty breaks throughout the day.

Water is another thing that really does make me feel better too. I have to work on my 8 cups, or more a day, EVERY DAY! It's so easy to get distracted and forget, so I try to take a water bottle with me every time I leave the house.

Those are what I'm setting for my "little" goals this week.

Wish me luck and we'll see what the scale says and how I'm feeling at the end of the week.

    Cher...you have chosen some great goals to work on! Every single one is what I have to do EVEN AFTER weight loss surgery! The water and walking are soooo important. And let me add...because this is what I've had to give up...is SUGAR! Not saying to wipe it all out at once...but maybe do a little bit a long. Anything that is white...rice, potatoes, bread....BAD...lol...all the good stuff in other words.

    I know you can do it! It's good to set the little goals and that just leads to successes so the bigger goals don't seem daunting.

    By the way, I don't know if you saw it but I left you a message.

    You'll get there, Char. And this is a great place to be to make those goals a reality.
