i have gotten back into a full workout regimen and feeling good. i shouldn't be complaining, but this dreary weather is making it harder to be motivated, and since i have started working out since my injury i have noticed my appetite is much increased. but i have noticed that what i am hungry for is protein, so i just figure it is my body's way of telling me what i need after these great workouts!!.
i am a little apprehensive about the coming christmas and new year holidays but feel that since i have been feeling well mentally and emotionally i have a leg up already and it is keeping me motivated and able to remind myself that I CAN DO THIS!!!!! yay for me.
