Way better Wednesday

Wednesday, December 15, 2010

Today was a much easier day for me, for some reason the thought of chocolate did not spend much time in my brain....
So glad that Tuesdays thought are gone and I'm back to mostly normal food thoughts...it feels so much better...
It's survivor night and I feel like a chocolate survivor...lol

Have a healthy and Happy Thursday...one day at a time....boy I wish I could follow those words everyday.....

thats wonderful...another good deternt is very bad chocolate... My husband brought home some homemade fudge yesterday... its is so bad I ate a little corner of one small piece and gave the rest away...LOL now thats bad.. also I bought some cinnomon candies for the Christmas candy dish.. it reminded me of the sore throat spray and about gaged me... no one else in the house will eat them either... now thats a great way to stay away from the sweets...

I feel ya! There was chocolate and pasteries everywhere at work today. I resisted, but was awfully cranky. Keep up the great work.
