Okay, this feels like day one, since yesterday was a total bust. Not sure what happened, but things fell apart completely at breakfast. Review of the food list kind of makes today look like a bust as well, but any day where I actually track my food and exercise can't be all bad. Entries reflect WW points, which is what I'm most accustomed to following.
So, while I'm disappointed in myself for not sticking to the food plan, I do have some successes to celebrate.
First: I wrote it ALL down, even the bad stuff that I'm no proud of.
Second: I ate a decent amount of vegetables today (five)
Third: I had follow-through on the strength training. The elliptical is a very established part of my regular routine, but the strength training is above what I'm used to. It didn't occur to me until after I did it that it wasn't really scheduled for today, so perhaps I'll manage to get an extra workout in this week, we'll see. Now, just need to keep on top of the weighing in part (Saturday) and I'm at least pointed the right direction.
Baby steps, but steps nonetheless! Good job!
