December 29th...a day late

Okay, yesterday was a pretty good day, well, except for the cake!

Not sure why I didn't get my post put up yesterday, but here I am. One thing I didn't do was my core exercises, so I'm planning to double-up today.

But, that having been said, it was a good day because I felt hunger several times throughout the day. For me, feeling hungry is a good indication that I'm on track. Snow here today, in addition to hitting the elliptical for an extended time I also shoveled snow for 20 minutes. The snow was pretty light, but at least I got this fat little body moving.

With luck, I'll post today's information before I go to bed, would like to have a couple strong days under by belt before 1/1/11!
