Target Weight

I re-set my target weight goal this morning. How many of us have done that more than once? I feel so much better with just the little loss I've had and I know that losing to the final goal and feeling good, being healthy, and having a lesser chance of some kinds of maladies as I get even older, is much improved. I feel energized again; I think I need that kick in the keester every once in awhile. I'm sure keester isn't a word but it's one my Mom used......often! That's the thing that follows you around and looks BIG. Since coming south I haven't eaten as I should. We use that excuse for ourselves; it's Christmas. Well that has come and gone and I am going back to the smaller portions on my plate and no snacking that worked so well for me before the season came upon us. It is a New Year DONE girls; lets hit the ground running!
