Trying for a smooth transition

Final day of 2010, and there's a good chance that I'll end the year on a good note, how exciting is that!? We did go out to the Red Robin for lunch -- but I kept things in check. And, in addition to general control AND writing it all down, I even went to the website and faced the music. Whew, good thing I was in control because the choices for lunch were brutal! But, I really did have just 3 onion rings and my husband and I split the peppercorn burger. When I got my half, I cut that in half and gave him that part as well - probably should have avoided the fries, but I made sure to savor every bite.

So, I've projected dinner so I can get this posted. Tomorrow is another year and it feels mighty good to know that regardless of how far I fell off the wagon in 2010, and it was a serious fall, I'm on the right path to get back on that darn wagon and (with some serious luck) will ride it to my goal in 2011.
