Well, I have updated my spark page. My goal is to lose another 85 pounds. I am going to do as much as possible to do this. I have found the new Weight Watchers pointsplus plan pretty easy for me to get used to! It is just a matter of planning ahead for my meals, etc. My goal for this weight loss is by my next birthday which is the middle of November. That is 48 weeks, which comes out to less than 2 pounds a week. I will be exercising more - I have an elliptical, recumbent bike, treadmill, my wii, etc - just at home. Then I will be hiking at Devil's Lake when the weather agrees with me. I will be cooking more meals at home. And I know with the support and encouragement of my True Pinks - I will be able to do this!

My mind is made up - now I just have to believe in myself that I can do this! It is just so hard to imagine! But I WILL do this....

    You have a plan of action with all the tools in place I know you CAN do it!! We will all be rooting each other on shouting out encourangements along the way....2011 is THE year!!
